TERMS OF USE

Ghost Light Leadership maintains this website and any courses offered (the “Site”) for the use of its clients, students, and other Site users (“Users”) upon agreement to the following terms. Please read the terms carefully before using the Site. Use of this website indicates acceptance of these “Terms of Use” and forms a binding agreement between you and Ghost Light Leadership.  If you do not agree to these terms, do not use this Site.

Usage Rights

Ghost Light Leadership provides various materials, documents, videos, exercises, and other information on this and related sites and in courses offered through this site. The “Materials” you have access to use include the prompts, articles, graphics, and images that are downloadable through the course as Word, PPT or PDF documents. All Materials remain the sole and exclusive property of Ghost Light Leadership or the entity that is attributed and referenced in the course. All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, vested in these Materials remain with Ghost Light Leadership or the applicable and referenced creator of the material and nothing in this document gives you any express or implied rights other than those explicitly stated. 

If the material has been made available for download through the course, you are allowed to share and use it in the context of your own business, practice or professional services for facilitation, training, teaching, coaching, or consulting according to the following Dos and Don’ts. These have been articulated to support you in deciding on the best ways to utilize these Materials effectively and ethically. DOs 

  1. Every time you use these Materials or parts thereof, ensure it is clearly indicated that the copyrights belong to Ghost Light Leadership (or other referenced source) by stating: ©Ghost Light Leadership (or the appropriate referenced source)
  2. You are entitled to use, reproduce and disclose the Materials that have been made available for download through the course platform in the context of your own professional services to your clients and/or work with your team/students. 
  3. You are entitled to personalize the Materials by changing fonts and adding your own images, name and/or brand in the appropriate places (header/footer of documents) only upon express written consent by Ghost Light Leadership or the creator of these Materials in the case it is not Ghost Light Leadership, provided you also preserve the indication of Ghost Light Leadership’s or other’s copyright as explained in point 1 above. 
  4. To support your work with non-English speakers, you are entitled to translate these materials, provided you ensure the translation meets international quality standards and accurately represents the original text. 
  5. For the benefit of your clients/team/students, you may grant them access to the materials only in ppt/pdf format and with the express request they use them for their own development as part of working with you. The usage rights provisions mentioned above do not extend to your clients/team/students or any other individual/group/entity working with you - therefore they are not authorized to use or distribute any of these materials in turn, beyond their express work with you. 

DON’Ts 

  1. You are not allowed to make any changes to the Materials, except for translation purposes and to the extent necessary to apply your own name and/or brand (see points 3. and 4. under “DOs” above); 
  2. Except for the usage rights indicated in point 2. above (under “DOs”), you are not entitled to resell, reproduce, republish or otherwise disclose any Materials, or parts thereof (for example by copying and making them available online or otherwise) to people or other parties to appropriate, use or further exploit (this would be considered plagiarism). 
  3. The login details you were provided for the Ghost Light Leadership Learning Platform belong to you only and must be kept confidential. You are not entitled to share your login details or individual access to any of our courses (this would be considered piracy). 
  4. You are not entitled to download or otherwise share access to any of our program videos/audio or any other course content that has not been made available to download through the course platform. 
  5. You are not entitled to resell any of our Materials (including any parts of any Ghost Light Leadership online course you might be enrolled in) as a part of a larger product or offering. If you wish to resell any of our Materials, you can request an affiliate link by sending an email to [email protected].

Links to external websites are provided solely as a convenience to you. Ghost Light Leadership does not control and is not responsible for any of these sites or their content. If you decide to access any of the external websites linked to this Site, you do so entirely at your own risk.

No Warranty

Ghost Light Leadership may make changes to the Materials at this Site, or to the services and prices described in them, at any time without notice. 

Limitation of Liability

This course is in no way to be construed or substituted as psychological counseling, psychotherapy, mental health counseling, or any other type of psychotherapy or medical advice. When undertaking this course, you understand that the facilitators of this program are not licensed psychologists, psychiatrists, or psychotherapists and therefore are not responsible for any mental health issues that may arise. In no event will Ghost Light Leadership, its partners or collaborators, or other third parties mentioned at this Site be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, those resulting from mental health issues) arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of the use of this Site, any websites liked to this Site, or the Materials or information contained at any or all such sites, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages. 

Applicable Law

The Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the state of California, USA. Failure to enforce strict performance of the Terms of Use shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Ghost Light Leadership may assign its rights and duties under the Terms of Use without notice to any party at any time.

Effective Date and Updates

The Terms of Use are effective as of November 11th, 2023 and are subject to change without notice by Ghost Light Leadership at any time. Please check for changes regularly. Your use of this Site after such changes constitutes your agreement to such changes.
